Beach day on the small island in Korčula archipelago.
Badija is forested with pine and oak trees offering deep shade in warm summer days, great for me because I like to rest in the shade. The deer in the grounds looking for a tasty treat were an additional pleasure.
I love its rocky shore because it hides a diverse life under the sea, ideal for snorkeling.
Island features Franciscan monastery too and it’s only 15 min taxi boat drive from Korčula. For a wonderful stay on the island bring someone you like, take some food and drinks, enjoyment is guaranteed.

I hope you like this little photo diary I put together to share my time adventuring around Badija island. Let me know if you have visited Croatia and how did you like it. If anyone has any feedback I’d be so appreciative to receive your comments and questions below.
