Queenstown

New Zealand

Always expect the unexpected. Even this time due to various circumstances my plans changed. I arrived in Queenstown earlier than planned, day before my birthday.

Past year was amazing, I discovered some new places and met so many friends. I’m thankful for the sleepless nights, falling in love with strangers in the street and dancing around the world. These are the moments I live for. Never expected to spend my birthday in New Zealand with strangers, they made my birthday a memorable one. It didn’t take long for me to be dancing on tables. If you’re in the mood to party, then you’ll love visiting Queenstown.

Queenstown is set on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, surrounded by majestic mountains and has huge range of activities. It’s a great spot for a holiday full of adventure. My favorite moments were at dusk by the lake. I loved the calmness, the serenity. The total opposite of adrenaline that this town offers.

TIP: If you are searching for the souvenir from New Zealand that fits into your luggage, jade is perfect choice. Jade has been prized for thousands of years, within New Zealand was used by Māori to signify high rank.

  1. These pictures bought back so many good memories for me but I noticed no pictures of Fergburger? I lived in this bubble us nomads call neverland for 5 months, and you’re so right in how the town is so adrenaline jacked but around the outskirts, the lake and mountains it’s relaxed. By the way did you play frisbie golf in the park?
